Francis Gomes, Executive Chef with over 3 decades of experience in the areas of Strategy Planning/Restaurant Management, Inventory/ Stock Mgmt., F&B / Kitchen / Menu Management, Business Development/ Brand Promotions, besides others in the Hotel / Hospitality industry. Having a solid background in the kitchen, and with a natural flair for cooking, took on a challenge as a youth, and rose up in the ranks from the root level. Graduate from Mumbai University, and additionally qualified with MBA in Hotel Management. Started career in the airlines catering industry, in India and abroad. Presently associated as Executive Chef with Casino Pride Group of Casinos & Hotels. Having journeyed through almost all the avenues of the Hospitality Industry and acquiring the skills and knowledge of various cuisines has honed the edges of Chef Francis Gomes. Actively involved in various activities, such as introduction of promos, food festivals; organized events such as Regional Indian Food Festivals & Theme Night. At present, handling a very challenging task, in a 24 X 7 operations catering to a Pan Indian Clientele. Also passionately involved, in training young chefs to hone their skills and also training for hygiene standards. Always, in sync with modern trends and looking for fresh ventures is what makes him a complete Chef.
